EIR is an amazing state of the art gym in New Haven. I was greeted with smiles and felt welcomed the first time I visited the gym by the owners Devonne and Denise Canady as well as the coaches. The gym is beautiful and offers a safe boxing program for the youth! EIR is also now offering fitness classes for the adults which is a added incentive. If you are thinking about joining a gym, EIR would be an excellent choice for you and your family. At EIR everyone is treated as a champion...

The owner and the coaches are amazing. My ten year old son is so excited to tell me how his training went when he gets home. The coaches are very patient with him and also makes him feel like he’s family. The build is very clean and they also offer other trainings outside of boxing. People of all age groups can attend. I plan on utilizing those other...
