Dayton Metro Library - New Lebanon Branch — Attraction in New Lebanon

Bald guy with glasses (Matt?) needs terminated ASAP due to consistent rudeness and unhelpful attitude each and every time I’ve been here. The librarian in charge (Carol Macmann) is just as hateful and unwilling to help patrons with any type of requests for service. There is no customer service. My friends agree that we simply avoid this library. Pretty sad for a publicly-funded institution. The current staff of the New Lebanon branch are an embarrassment to the Dayton Metro Library system. This is a very efficient and technology advanced library. The staff is welcoming, patient and very helpful. I absolutely recommend this location. Nice to have such a good library in a small town.
