If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. I am beyond disappointed with the service I received and feel completely scammed. Not only are the prices at this store outrageously high, but the quality of work is shockingly poor.

I had a screen installed on my phone that turned out to be incredibly cheap and defective. The very next day after installation, I had to return because the screen wouldn’t stop glitching. It was clear from the beginning that it wasn’t installed properly. To make matters worse, the improperly fitted screen ended up cracking simply from me attaching my phone to a magnetic stand in my car. That is completely unacceptable.

The screen was fragile, low-quality, and clearly not worth the premium price I was charged. When I brought the issue to the attention of the manager—who, by the way, was the same person who installed the screen just two weeks ago—I received no help, no sympathy, and absolutely no sense of responsibility or accountability. Her dismissive attitude only made the situation more frustrating.

At this point, I feel like I threw my money straight into the trash. I will be warning others to stay far away from this place unless they want to pay top dollar for bottom-tier service and materials. I hope corporate takes this seriously and addresses the lack of professionalism and care at...

Had my cracked, but fully operational phone screen replaced as a Christmas present and came out with a nice looking screen that immediately started malfunctioning. Went in to show the tech the following day and they told me they could not re-create the issue, but if it continued to malfunction to come back and they would swap out the screen no problem. Well, it continued and got worse. Calling random people in my phone, opening and closing apps and windows and at times not allowing me to use certain parts of the screen. I came back in and they looked at it and noticed a small crack on the new screen protector and said they could not honor the warranty or their own word to replace my screen because there was a small crack in it. Employees here give you the constant hands tied corporate mumbo-jumbo. As a small business owner, it is absolutely devastating to not have a fully functional cell phone. Would not recommend this business to anyone looking to repair a phone that is needed for serious use.

Edit: unfortunately, it took corporate getting involved, but the store manager did make it right, and was very authentic in his apology and service. The initial screen repair must’ve had a faulty part because after it was replaced again, it has been working flawlessly...
