Contracted NSB Computers for an M-ITX build. I selected the components, ensured they were all compatible, and sent them to NSB. The case was a Cooler Master Elite 110 M-ITX case. Two Cooler Master representatives said the components I chose would fit, albeit tightly. I had it shipped from NSB to me in Costa Rica. Got it home, opened the box, and the GPU was loose in the case. NSB only used the guide screw, not the mounting screw to mount the GPU mounting flange to the case. There was no extra screw in the shipping box or in the computer case. They simply did not install it. This caused irreparable damage to the motherboard (see the pics). I informed NSB of the faulty workmanship. They never asked for pictures or tried to assess the situation to find a reasonable or amicable resolution. They went directly into hyper-defensive mode. They said I was a scammer because I contacted them from Costa Rica, a Hispanic country. They refused to take any responsibility and blamed everything and everyone else, from the soft rubber power cord in the box, to customs agents whom they believe opened the box and dislodged the GPU solely to complicate my life. Additionally, they did not install either of the 2 120mm processor radiator cooling fans, leaving the system with no CPU cooling system. They said the small fan in the power supply and the even smaller fan in the GPU would be enough to cool the CPU, even though their specific function is to cool the PSU and the GPU, NOT the processor. Also, the radiator was mounted to the case with only 1 screw, which was so loose I could tighten and loosen it by hand. They also did not install the I/O shield, leaving the back of the computer open, or the ASUS BIOS/motherboard drivers, and did not include the motherboard WiFi antennae (we only use WiFi), the SATA cables that came with the MOBO, or the SSD mounting hardware that came with the case. They refused to pay $6.00 to ship these items, as well as the 2 CPU fans they did not install, to an address in Florida, where I am having the replacement motherboard (another $119.99 + tax) shipped, so the replacement motherboard and the parts they did not install can be shipped together to me in Costa Rica, which will cost about another $70.00. I will also have to disassemble the computer to install the replacement motherboard and CPU fans. I have also sent them 3-4 emails requesting they email me the invoice and receipt of payment over the past week, and they still have not emailed it to me. See the pictures below. There is no damage to the cardboard box. Computers are shipped all over the world every day. GPUs do not simply come loose, even if the box is dropped from a few feet. It simply does not happen if they are installed correctly. Dealing with NSB has been a horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful, and costly experience. It has also been insulting, given that they implied I was a scammer because I am Hispanic, which is ironic, since I sent them about $1,000.00 in components, gave them my credit card information, and paid them $85.00 for a job poorly done, and I now have to pay about another $300.00 for a new mother board, international shipping, and custom fees, not to mention wasted time and international phone calls. In response to NSB's non response, I ask they answer the following: 1. Why was the GPU not installed correctly? 2. Why was the WiFi antennae not included? 3. Why was the radiator only installed with one screw? 4. Why were no CPU fans installed? 5. Why was the Input/Output shield not installed? 6. Why are you refusing to take responsibility? 7. Why did you categorize me as a scammer because I contacted you from Costa Rica? 8. Had I contacted you from Canada, England, Greenland, would you have considered me a scammer? 9. Why do you consider people who contact you from Hispanic countries scammers? 10. Where is my invoice and receipt of payment? I paid you almost two weeks ago and have asked for it at least 4 times. Please answer.

My HP laptop had gray screen. I thought I could fix that myself. YouTube and AI were used. Followed prompts and no luck. Did this several times. I had listings to post. Pictures to transfer. I went to NSB computers. Greeted by Nicky. The normal tech was out on a call. I got a little panicky as it was close to closing time. Nicky took my laptop back and within a few minutes she made a new lifelong customer. She’s great and I appreciated her doing what she did.

Thank you Nicky and thank you NSB...

I stopped in a week or so ago looking for an old computer case to use for a project with my kids. The staff at NSB Computers were helpful and they found an old case that was perfect for my project. The best part was that they did not charge me the old case. This was great as I am fairly confident that this build with my kids will most likely result in breaking one or all of the components but worth it if they learn something. Thanks again to...
