My son ordered a corsage and boutonniere for prom for his girlfriend. He order with all hot pink flowers and royal blue ribbon and gems (there was meaning behind the blue). The gal we placed the order with physically put the ribbon, gems and note together in the container that they come in while we were standing there so they can't say there was any miscommunication involved. He went to pick them up and the ribbon was silver, gems green and flowers were mix of light pink and hot pink (looked like there were wilting already and very small for the price) He said that's not what I ordered and lady told him there wasn't anything they could do about it. I went into store and they said all they could do would be to change the gems out (they did not have time to go back to store as prom is a busy day). He paid $73 for these flowers and they did't offer to refund or remake. I guess I should have known better, there have been orders that I have placed in the past with them that weren't right either. Read moreI'm a repeat customer with no history of problems with A to Zinnia's service or products, however, I ordered and paid for their "Breathtaking 3 Dozen Long Stemmed Roses" bouquet for my girlfriend almost two weeks before Valentine's Day and it wasn't until I called to change the delivery time that I was called back and informed that "the budget only allowed for two dozen roses" and that the full 3 dozen was only available if I shelled out another $60 which I did not opt for.
This could be due to increased purchases for the holiday or some other error on their part but I see no reason why that should be any customer's problem especially customers that put in early orders but aren't informed of any potential errors until two days before their flowers are to be delivered.
It's worth noting that the same 3 dozen roses bouquet is still listed on their website as the same price that I initially paid so you may be in for a bait and switch when it comes to price like I was if you order that...

I ordered a Valentine's bouquet for each of my daughters, I purchased the deal of the day which looked beautiful on the website, but what was delivered looked nothing like what was pictured, besides the fact that it wasn't even in a vase, more like flower tops in a 3 inch tall thing, a ugly big white blob flower in the middle, and then a few other cheap looking flowers surrounding it. Definitely not worth what I paid. Very disappointing especially when Valentine's day should be a special day. They looked more like a funeral arrangement or something...
