I went once for a cut and i’m not too unsatisfied with the result but I kept getting the feeling that my hair stylist didn’t know what she was doing. I ended up not getting the cut I wanted and chopped everything off. this place is run by koreans and most of the customers are korean (nothing wrong with that) so if you’re korean the environment would be very comfortable but if you’re not you probably won’t understand what’s going on most of the time. there are many people that walk in without appointments but i feel that it would be better for them if you made appointments. overall, the people there were really nice and the price was reasonable- $25 for a cut...

I made a reservation with a hairstylist named Michelle to cut my one-year-old son's hair. As expected, she was a true professional. Since it was my son's first haircut, he cried a little, but thanks to Michelle's skilled handling, we got through it, and he ended up with a great new hairstyle. I’m writing this to express my deep gratitude to Michelle. She truly displayed what it means to be a professional. I had heard she was great at cutting hair, and it was absolutely true. We plan to visit her again soon. I feel lucky to have found someone who is so passionate about her work....

The people are very sweet and nice, but they messed up a simple hair cut big time. I had mid back length hair and asked for a lot of layers while keeping a bit of length. This is what the cut resulted in - a lot of very short layers that does not connect with the longer back hair. It’s a new kind of haircut, perhaps a cross betwen Beethoven and a jellyfish mullet. I can’t even properly tie my hair back because of the shorter layers and am at a loss. I am so, so sad. Don’t be like me and go somewhere else.

원장선생님 너무 나이스 하신데 머리 자르는건 강력하게 비추천이에요. 허리정도 길이 머리를 층 많이 내고 기장 좀 잘라 달라고 했는데 베토벤이 되어 나왔네요. 묶을 수도 없고 풀를 수도 없고 너무 속상해요. 숱이 많네 곱슬이네 하시면서 한 머리 80%를 숏컷으로 촥촥 치시는데 망했다는 생각밖에 안 들더라고요. 아 손님이 이런 스타일로 안 잘라봐서 그러시구나 하시는데.. 당연하죠..머리채 베토벤 해파리컷 난건 저도 처음이여서요… 층이 정말 연결 없이 2단으로 나서 어떻게 밖에 나갈지 회사는 어떻게 다닐지 너무...
