I spent a FULL year dealing with LG to have my TV fixed while under warranty. It was a disaster. They were sending me to repair companies that had one stars reviews, some didn't fix TV's. One never showed up. Finally, AFTER my warranty was up, LG told me it was too bad since my warranty was up. I demanded that they send me a REPUTABLE TV repair person or I would take them to court under the Lemon Law. They said they would "make an exception:" for me. LOL. Exception my butt since if you have a problem from day one and they put you through changes on the phone with all kinds of useless nonsense by setting this, changing that, trying this etc just to use up the time of the warranty. SO, after I threatened them with legal action. They relented, I was skeptical. They told me that they would have Aaa Electronic Services fix my TV. I called the company. Their repair person, Luxshon, showed up on the day stated and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He told me it would take about a week to get the parts from LG. Sure enough, I get a call from them to make an appointment for him to come back to perform the service, He showed up on the day and time stated, He was a perfect gentleman and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He knew his stuff. Took the TV apart, opened the NEW parts (he showed me the dates stamped on the parts) and put the TV back together, did all the updates, showed me a few things that were very important and the TV works perfectly. 5 Stars for a great reputable company. 5 stars for keeping both appointments. 5 start for Luxshon who made my wife and I happy with this TV after MORE than a year dealing with LG I will use this company for ALL my electronic needs from this day on, Yes, they were THAT good and I'm the fussiest customer on Earth. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a very pleasant and positive experience with AAA. Long story short, my new(ish) Sony OLED TV shut down a little over a week ago and began to make a clicking sound. The same sound it would make when it was being turned on or off, except it was not coming on. I tried a soft reset by disconnecting the plug for 30 seconds as instructed in the manual and a hard one as well, using the power button on the TV, according to online advice about Sony smart TVs. There was still no image. Finally, I contacted Sony and they had me follow these procedures again to confirm the problem. They were satisfied that the unit required service. Fortunately, at barely 6 months it was well within the warranty period.
They dispatched AAA, who quickly ordered the parts and sent me emails with a case number and estimated delivery date. Soon afterward, I received a call from a rep who let me know the date and time the technician would arrive to service my set. True to their word, techs Leo and Millen [sp] arrived well within the specified timeframe and, within minutes, opened the rear panel and swapped out the bad parts. They turned the TV on, reset and tested it, and all was well! They were courteous, knowledgeable, and, above all, professional. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of quality repair service.

I know enough about fixing these machines brought the part that needed repair to them they did a great professional job. Their Repair works great very happy.
We had our previous LG machine for 11 years not bad for a front loader running at least 1 to 3 loads a day. I Bring this up because I know this machine like the back of my hand. I have taken the machine apart and repaired replaced parts no less than 6 times.
Reason I bring the up was staff there we very knowledge, friendly and professional. Spoke with the owner and he knew his stuff. He actual was the one who performed the repair and we talked briefly and it was clear he knew these machine very well.
I know I could have had a tech come out and completely handle the fix our machine since it was still under warranty but it was the start of the weekend back logged at least 5 loads worried it was going to take a several more days for them to come out and then they have to order the part. Also donāt trust most Technicians too many idiots who donāt care about what they are doing.
However based on my experience I would trust these AAA Electronic services to do warranty work. Next time I need repair will call these guys they are honest knowledgeable and friendly what more could...
