Where should I begin! Upon entering Ms Jennifer greeted us, my mother, my aunt and I with extreme professionalism and respect. I shared we wanted to see the bedroom sets. She verbally directed us upstairs. And gave us space as we took the escalators. She stood near by still giving us space to browse. We then asked her for some details about sizes and styles and she then gave u more attention as we asked her questions. It was so nice not to feel pressured and to get her full attention when we needed it as we asked. She was wonderfully equipped with all the information we needed from the bedroom set styles and colors to the sizes of both sets and mattresses. When we asked if it was possible to switch a mattress on a bed one frame to a different one for my elderly mom of a lovely 80 years of age, with much empathy she headed to her manager Ms Sharlene for guidance. Ms. Sharlene then arrived asked us what we needed and had no hesitation to jump in along with Ms. Jennifer; all hands-on-deck to remove the mattress and replace it with the mattress my mom wanted to try. My mom is 4ft 7in tall and struggles to get on and get out of bed and she prefers traditional mattresses not motion ones, therefore she truly needs to physically try the bed frame with the mattress she wanted to purchase. I have never seen anyone in a furniture store in sales and management show the compassion and understanding towards their customer needs as we experienced here. Read moreIf I could give them a 0, I would. I went on the online store to try and purchase my items, my orders went through and my account was charged. The date of delivery comes, and I never receive my items. I was so confused. I was then told I needed to go into the store to verify my identity. Upon going in and trying to push through my order again, we come to the realisation that none of the items were available. The rug I ordered was discontinued, the couch was unavailable for another six (6) months. Even though my order went through.
I then went ahead and and got a new couch and rug, though these were now out of my budget. I however needed something since I had cleared my couch for the arrival of the new couch. I went ahead and asked their corporate office if I could be given a compensation since the first occurrence, to which they said no because it wasn’t their fault and they gave me my money back. I didn’t fuss, I just went through with my purchase.
After making my second order with the company, the delivery date came and went with nothing. This continued on for nearly 4 weeks, my order kept getting blocked and when I asked about what was happening, no one could answer me. I was couch-less and sleeping on the floor. I have bad hip pain, which was aggravated by this. For nearly 4 weeks.
They then finally delivered my couch and gave me a compensation of $150, on my 1,500+ bill. It felt like a slap in the face. Too many times in dealing with things was “there’s nothing I can do” put out. Too long and big of an inconvenience, with poor communication....

Kareem's service to me was provided to me in a format that seemed to be a mixture of retail sales, social service, life skills development, and brand promotion. This not only helped me to increase my sales purchase, but as well, it helped cultivate brand continuity.
I was so impressed with the level of service provided to me by Kareem that I found myself requesting that he direct me to his immediate Supervisor.
