Subpar service by Marcello, our server. He begins to complain that his section is becoming busy and makes the statement, "I guess none of my other coworkers arent working.". Really? You should be glad, that is potential to make some money, hence , being at work.Our orders were not not taken efficiently. 3 drinks ordered, 2 brought to the table. I had to get up from the table to ask another server about our drink (obviously, she'd have no knowledge) when he does show up, we had to re-order again and wait another 10 mins for 3rd, (we had our food by now) even though it was the 1st drink ordered before the other 2. He tried to say we did not order that drink and he brought out what was ordered (water and ice), when the person who ordered the Vodka and water on the rocks, went to the restroom AFTER ordering. Then Marcello changed his statement to "you only ordered water and ice." No apology given. When the 2 drinks were brought out he said, " let me know how it is." and proceeds to walk away. I jokingly say to him how's he gonna know what I think if you're walking away? His response had it been a knife would've cut me wide open, "I'm taking an order right here" obnoxiously and rolls his eyes! The food order was also unimpressive. It was missing part of an order, broccoli, when brought to his attention he stated, "yeah, you did order broccoli". However, it was never brought to our table after acknowledgement. I mentioned to him a 2nd time that the broccoli was never brought out (so there'd be no charge on the bill) his response, "do you want it or not", quite abruptly. I told him no, as my meal was nearly done. 3-5 minutes later he brings it out and says, "this ones on me". I refused again as my meal was nearly done. He left with an obvious attitude! Granted his service speaks not for everyone, however, if being at work was a problem that day, he should've stayed home. I found him to be very defensive and offensive. CUSTOMER SERVICE was not met at all. He needs to be retrained in etiqette and mannerisms. He lacks the obvious communication skillset to be a server and should be in the back talking to the dirty dishes he washes them and disposal of garbage....or maybe he was having a bad day? well, if such was the case, we as partons were not supposed to know. Servers like him make it so, I stay out of the neighbour"hood". He proved that you can take them out of the ghetto, but, can't take the ghetto out of them..I forgot to mention THE FLIES!!! Read moreThis place has gone downhill. I mean that's expected because of the location. I remember going there a few years back and they had clean utensils. I got in and the was assisted quickly because I made reservations before which worked out very well. It was promising. I got seated and the table was dirty, I was like ok that's fine. Little wipe and done. They brought out the utensil and it had food stains. I'm like what the hell is this. Ask her to get me some hot water after 15 minutes she came with the hot water( I always put my utensils in hot water to make sure there clean). I'm like ok it busy. By this time she took our orders still no biscuits, but I had the dirty utensils. Then the food and drinks was so disappointing. I mean never get the peach tea drink. So disgusting I will say this she warn me though. But I like peach I mean how bad could it be. Well if anyone warns you in that place then take their advice. As in the picture the mash was good the lobster was ok. But the lobester bisque dip was runny looked like water was mixed after and that goes the same for ther smoothie it was tasty but from the looks of it it was sitting for a while because it was separating. You can see the water and the fruit was at the bottom. Like it needed to be blended again. The service was ok but it took way to long. I'm not going again, but it you do make a reservation first. Read moreI don't usually post this long but I needed to share this. Here goes.... So where do I start? Let's just say this was probably my worst dinning experience ever. We should have turned right around as soon as we entered the door but we both (my wife and I)felt for some sea food. There was no hostess to greet us at the door. When someone arrived there was no enthusiasm; no introduction, no welcome just a " two of you, follow me." We're seated in a booth and as soon as we are comfortable looking at the menu there is was. What do you ask? An old musty odor that wouldn't go away. My wife finally gets a wiff and understands what I was speaking about. While we're there waiting our waiter after about 15 mins finally decides to show. We thought that they could be short handed so we excused them. We ordered our drinks and our food. They both took some time before we got them. To top it off the food was bland, there was no flavor. I had the fish and fries and my wife had stake and something else (we actually had to wait on the broccoli because it wasn't ready!) What do you mean? There was no seasoning in the fish, no salt on the fries (how can you mess up fish and fries?)Anyway, we sat there making the best of the night. Got some some and pepper to salvage what I could of that fish. While waiting on the bill we noticed that a few of the tables were not cleared and there was food left on the plates.
