Bufano Park — Attraction in New York

Great safe neighborhood park. 3 playgrounds for the smallest to the tallest kids. Toddler swingset as well as a regular sized. 8 handball courts divided by 2 walls, surrounded by fences. 2 "full" basketball courts(not regulationsize). A street hockey rink (requires permit for the key). A sprinkler for them hot days. And a dolphin people take photos of their children on.

There are Boys and Girls restrooms available as long as there is a Parks Dept employee working. They do a great job keeping the park clean despite some lazy people who don't pick up after their dogs.

I gave it 4 stars because the basketball courts concrete is warped and cracked. And there's people smoking weed often enough that it gets annoying when I bring my daughters. But its still a...

It's a great park on the weekends but during the week day in the early morning park workers invite all their adult friends over so the park is full of adults screaming and smoking and littering it scares off anyone trying to bring their babies on the weekdays to the park they're there all day from like 9 till 3 p.m ..I know school is in session. But some people have toddlers that they like to bring to the park during the early day.its hard to enjoy when you have about 20 grown adults with NO CHILDREN AT ALL it's really intimidating and uncomfortable . The park itself is okay. Multiple basketball courts, multiple swings, and multiple slides. It's the people that attend the park that are often the reason why ok ne would not go back. Some people do not monitor their kids, the kids obstruct in the playing of other kids. Often older bigger kids block the passages to the slides, or deliberately spill their drinks down the slide to be mean. The parents not watching allownfor the kids to ruin the often you get kids experience and make it a place you won't want to return to, unless...
