Order 196380. Having issues in resolving with Isabella Castilla Cano. Placed an order back on June 23rd, Pastry Star confirmed shipment to their warehouse, and it was supposed to be delivered locally to our location in the Old Pfizer Building (630 Flushing Avenue). Due to an error at Bakers Authority, delivery was not made, so we ended up needing to pay a driver to come to their warehouse for pickup per Isabella's instructions. The staff on site had no idea what was going on and gave them only 1 of the 4 cases we ordered. When I followed up with Isabella, she then claimed that there never were the 4 cases (even though Pastry Star has confirmed the delivery to the warehouse) and she had no idea where they were. Today, she claimed that she found the missing cases, so we then needed to pay again to have our own delivery driver come and get them, but then she called saying they weren't actually there. It honestly does not matter to me who's mistake this is, but I do need to know the status of the missing cases. This is more than 2 weeks now from placing the original order and all I want to know is where the cases are or what the estimated time of arrival will be, so we can plan our production schedule accordingly and Isabella instead chose to call and place blame on everyone else. We were hoping to ramp up ordering from them because they were local, but these kinds of issues make it...

My experience was good! Although the warehouse is in a bad location, literally next to the on ramp to I-495 and drivers have to blind side back into the dock, a local driver was able to hold traffic and guide me back into the dock in 1 back so that I didn't have to hold up traffic very long! Some people still blew their horn and cussed at me but it is what it is! After all, it's NYC.......I will definitely come back...

Fast to delivery , but noone help day time to hold the treffic and even they don’t help for park on dock , u need help bcos blind spot , we can take a look on right side when big rig person have to park byself , day time there is so heavy treffic so pls be careful to keep clean your driving record when u come this spot to make a delivery either pick up , have a great day , drive safe and...
