If I could give zero stars for the JFK terminal 1 store, I would.
I have never been treated with such complete disrespect and arrogant disregard by Hermès. The staff were rude and dismissive.
The sales person was Max, who could not have been any more rude if he tried.
I am a regular customer at the Greenwich CT store and always recieve amazing service from that team.
Please coach your team at JFK in customer service and appreciation.
