Honestly, the worst Starbucks we have ever been to (worldwide), and hands down, the worst service we have had in the US. This place really outdid itself. The staff clearly doesn’t want to work: instead of just preparing drinks, they’re busy with side tasks while making customers wait. My partner and I waited 20 minutes for something as simple as water and an Americano apparently too much effort for them. Maybe they’ve deliberately stationed the worst employees here, knowing T1 serves mainly European and Asian flights, so they don’t feel the need to meet basic US service standards, and they think they will get away with it. This is next level bad service.
Special shoutout to the cashier who asked me what I wanted while my partner was ordering with her other colleague, and then sighed and rolled her eyes when I told her I was with him. Bravo!

She asked multiple times for her drink to be made decaf, but the staff ignored her and gave her a caffeinated drink, putting her health and our baby’s health at risk. What made it worse was that the staff acted like they didn’t understand her because of her pronunciation, even though she repeated herself clearly. It felt like they were laughing at the situation instead of taking her seriously.
When she went to pick up her sandwich, the same dismissive attitude continued, and even the manager showed no respect or care. She left stressed, embarrassed, and disrespected. This was not only unsafe but also discriminatory, and it is completely unacceptable. Starbucks should investigate this and make sure staff are properly trained to treat all customers...
Read moreI'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks store. I ordered a venti matcha latte and a venti strawberry acai refresher, but what I got was completely different. When I brought it to their attention, they denied any wrongdoing and claimed I never asked for venti sizes. That's not true, and I know they have security cameras that can prove it. What's worse is the attitude of the staff. They seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and their tone was dismissive and rude. The drinks themselves were also poorly made. The matcha latte was bitter and unpleasant. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and provides better training to their staff to be more respectful. And to all the starbucks customers out there, pay money for things that you might or might not get...
