To the Eat and Go Management Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Eat and Go outlet in JFK Terminal 1, near Gate 7, on [date and time of visit]. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the cashier and other staff, as well as the fact that I was not provided with a receipt for my purchase.
Here are the issues I would like to address: Missing Receipt: After completing my transaction, the cashier did not provide me with a receipt as proof of payment. This was highly inconvenient because I needed the receipt for personal purposes. When I asked about it, the staff did not offer an adequate solution. The cabin attendants were forced to call a doctor on board because my girlfriend didn't stop vomiting and was completely exhausted (after suffering from vomiting and diarrhea for more than 5 hours). She was administered a cortisone injection as well as an anti-vomiting medicine. I too began to feel bad and started vomiting after the first half of the flight. We have never had food poisoning before so the 9 flying hours were a real nightmare. PLEASE BE...
