By the far the WORST DEPOT IN new york city as a matter of fact i would even go as far as to say the worst RESTAURANT DEPOT in AMERICA. To begin there are consistently not enough u boats for the amount of customer in which shop there daily and you usually have to fight or compete with other restauranteurs in a "u boat hunt" in order to get one (which is ridiculous inconvenience considering that you are about to spend thousands of dollars within this establishment) more often than not you have to stand behind another customer who has finished their shopping and wait on their u boat. The u boats are also in terrible condition 7 of 10 do not roll correctly (wheels missing, not aligned dirty) making carrying 1400pds of various item even more burdensome. Once you get inside it is an adult jungle gym, Disorganization and a terrible customer service. The managers are extremely rude and the cashiers act as if we are begging TO SPEND OUR OWN MONEY. There is no "Good morning how are you, good afternoon etc". Furthermore there are only 4 cashiers open most of the times and 18 well stacked u boats lined up ready to be cashed.he demeanor here is disgusting and i absolutely hate this establishment with the most disdain There is nothing expedient within this depot. If you want to waste the most time out of you're day and give the portrayal that you are semi productive just shop here. The fridge and freezers have their condenser units (the big noisy fans that keep the areas cool) always dripping water on the floor making rain boots necessary for every trip. Air-conditioning is non existent portable units are not even rented on 95 degree hour days intensifying the amazonian endeavor. The experience is horrific and makes you beg the question "if you're going to spend 1500.00 on each trip shouldn't you demand more for...
Read moreI was shopping in coffee section, I couldn’t find an specific Item(coffee cup sleeves)I approached one of the workers who was stocking up the shelves and after a nasty confrontation, disrespectful language, rudeness, impolite attitude. The guy comes at me with both his knuckles in a fist and and a box cutter threatening to hurt me because I asked him multiple times about a item I couldn’t find and which he didn’t understand and he went violent with me and told me to get out before he hurt me. I asked him a simple question and he was annoyed I guess like he doesn’t enjoy his job.I shop here 3 times a week, I am a regular customer,I don’t think I deserve to be treated like that. The store should have a special training for their workers, teaching them good customer service This is crazy and I feel...
