KC Treehouse Daycare, LLC — Attraction in New York

PARENTS BEWARE I thought that this daycare provider was professional and reliable but they’re not. My daughter has been enrolled in KC Treehouse since the middle of June. At the time prior to enrollment we changed the start dates a couple times. The daycare provider Javonne said it was “No problem we were wondering where you guys were, no problem see you then” The daycare was closed on 9/3/18 in observance of Labor day and closed the day after, so with me leaving town for a few days prior to labor day and returning that Friday we decided it would be best that our daughter stay with family members for the remaining three days of the week. So upon the start of the week of 9/10/18 I asked the daycare provider via text message if they were open being that it was a Jewish holiday. I was then informed via text that they were in fact open “but unfortunately we had to give your daughter’s slot away because we didn’t hear from you.” I was livid and immediately notified my child’s mother. We contacted the daycare provider via telephone and she said she thought that our daughter was going to a pre-k program because she didn’t hear from us and a few other children left the daycare to go to pre-k. We were completely shocked and very limited on immediate child care options. The daycare provider knew we had limited options and completely played on our vulnerability. I advised the daycare provider that I had something important to do the following day at work. The daycare provider Javonne attempted to place blame on us for not calling her. She said that the daycare had to be paid although our child was not there that week. It was only (3) days she didn’t even call or text to find out the child’s well being. So much for caring and being a mandated reporter. She’s a FRAUD, it’s all about the money. She had the nerve to say that if a spot opened up she would give us a call. She left us between a rock and hard place. For my arduous situation described above I do not recommend KC...

I am almost at a loss for where to begin when it comes to writing a review of KC Treehouse Daycare, LLC. So, I will start from the beginning. I came across KC Treehouse Daycare while doing a google search for daycare’s in my area. My baby girl was 7 months going on 8 months old at the time. My husband and I were very nervous and wanted to ensure that she was in the best care so we were calling and visiting daycare’s. After being turned off from a number of daycare facilities we stumbled upon KC Treehouse. The reviews intrigued me and I decided to call. From the initial conversation Ms. Javonne was welcoming and accommodating and to this day she has not changed. I went and visited the daycare after the call and the rest is history.

KC Treehouse is nothing short of phenomenal. The staff is very loving and treat my child as if she is one of theirs. She literally can do no wrong in their eyes (lol). They are very communicative when it comes to her care and that is very reassuring for parents/guardians. Daily, my daughter has a schedule and comes home with art projects. I began to see results from her being in a teaching daycare as early as 2 weeks to a month. Her fine motor skills have developed tremendously and she is doing something new weekly.

I am so grateful to God that we found Ms. Javonne and Co. It truly feels like an extension of my family. I am at peace when we drop the baby off and I can give my job 100% without worry. If you are looking for a Daycare give this place a call. You will not regret it. Ms. Javonne is...

I don’t even know where to start.my baby started at Kc treehouse when he was 1 years old,as a first time mom, Trusting someone with my baby was one of the most scariest and emotional decision I had to make. I wasn’t sure how he would adjust being that he had been home with me for a whole year. Ms Javonne and all the ladies made me feel welcome and supported. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got pictures and videos of my baby throughout the day. playing ,eating learning, connecting with the other kids and all the incredible stuff that he have had the opportunity to be a part of.watching my son grow here as been one of the GREATEST JOY OF MY LIFE ! THE TRANSFORMATION AS BEEN AMAZING. He went from being shy and unsure to eagerly wanting to attend daily.He’s always so excited to see his friends and his teachers. The education he receive here is beyond impressive,before he turned two my baby know all his colors,his ABC,body parts,counting,singing,dancing,you name it ! Now that we are getting closer that he has to move on to the next stage of his life.The thought of leaving makes me emotional.KC treehouse has been a part of my village.
