Ha Bo Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

Mom and I have ordered here regularly usually without any problem. Today mom ordered several items scallops, white rice, egg drop soup singapore noodles and sweet n sour chicken with vegetable fried rice. i did not check every thing when i picked it up. But as soon as i got home, i pull out the noodles and it exploded. from the flimsy container. Not only that. there was no sweet n sour chicken. Either they did not take mom’s order down properly or they missed putting in the chicken in the bag. we called back to try and resolve this. They kept hanging up yet promising to get the manager on the phone. Mom is already telling them she cannot just answer the phone as she is blind. the restaurant employees were ignoring that and kept insisting the manager will call back. This is the last ever order at...

I'm from Bklyn and now reside in Queens village. Kum Kau restaurant in bklyn on Myrtle ave had the best chinese food. I tried several restaurants in queens but the food was not really good. Today l went to this Ha Bo restaurant and ordered Chicken w/Broccoli and an order of chicken wings. Omg!!! This was the best food l've had in years..lol. The restaurant needs a makeover but the food is really good. I saw Jamaicans, Indians, African Americans, spanish etc. The food must be good if all these different customers are eating the food from this restaurant. Try it for yourself but like l said....the restaurant needs a serious makeover...but the food is good. Ha Bo please paint and hook up your waiting...

I ordered some food here, expecting it to arrive before I leave for work. They tell me 30min. Almost an hour goes by, so I call to see what's going on. The guy over the phone tells me they cancelled the order because it was too far. Instead of owning up to their mistake, he just says "nothing I can do, bye." And hangs up. They didn't even bother to call and tell me they cancelled the order. I could have sat here for 2 hours wondering where my food is. Then I had to scramble and find something else before I had to go to work....
