Red Sea Restaurant — Attraction in New York

I ordered here on Door dash for the first time. They forgot my salad. No biggie. Lady was busy, short with me and speaking Arabic in the background, and I wasn't sure when and if she was talking to me or a coworker half the time as she never asked me to please hold between transitions. Her solution was that I set up another door dash order, buy fries or another inexpensive item, and they would send my salad as part of the order. When asked her to confirm that I wouldn't need in fact to pay for these fries, she again began speaking Arabic to her colligues. When I then asked her what to do about the delivery and service fee, and the need to tip another driver, she was again baffled-and, you guessed it, began to speak Arabic without telling me to please hold. She asked me for my address and I told her how to check the door dash tablet or computer merchant account and it would all be there and clearly written. Doordash and the order process in general seemed alien to her. In the end they sent an in house person to deliver my food (An obvious solution I could have came up with from the start) and I enjoyed the mediocre food for my (now late)...

My 1st time trying to eat there with my family but couldn’t this past summer in August due to an electrical issue, & so I came for the 2nd time giving them another chance being that they just opened. I was eager to try them out as per my mom recommended this place after visiting from Brooklyn, I ordered the Shrimp Kibab w/French fries (you have a choice of fries or rice ) mix salad and pita bread, salmon wrap & noticed there was no avocado in the wrap, I was never informed and my fries were undercooked. Well my 3rd visit was amazing I was served with cared and kindness, I enjoyed it this time and was able to enjoy a beautiful day to dine out. overall Fresh food everyday!! Lots of great and healthy options, My Hubby and I are pescatarians, We really really enjoyed the Salmon Wrap with out the cheese, they’re sauces are very delicious especially they’re homemade chipotle sauce and hot sauce amazing! Keep it up! You guys will come along way. I see this business stay for a while. Juice bar looks so refreshing so many options. My daughter tried the fresh triple berry smoothie with almond milk really good not too sweet....

Dropped in this establishment for the first time on the evening of May 27. It was very clean, one table toward the back, family of a couple of children, two female adults, ordered to go and left within a few minutes of my arrival. There were a couple of individuals waiting for their orders, a couple of food, a couple of drinks. I ordered the chicken wrap. Upon seeing an order of fries ahead of me, I opted to order a side of fries, myself. Order came to $10, even. Got home, my wrap was good, I enjoyed it. The fries were terrible. The fries were thin. They should have been nice and crisp and at least warm. Instead, they were barely cooked. Limp, soggy, thin fries. Not entirely raw, if so, they would have at least been firm. These fries were unedible. If it weren't already 9:30PM and they close at 10:00, I would have returned them. Don't...
