Key Food Fresh — Attraction in New York

I just placed a delivery order gave the woman on the phone my cellphone number and credit card info at 950am. It's now 11:45am, still no delivery and my card hasn't been charged yet. So I call back the store and was put on hold for 6 minutes, I hang up and call back and was told that they were looking for my paper with my info, was on hold for another 4 minutes so I hung up and called back inquiring again I was told that they tried to call me but my number was busy. Smh. I asked them to read me back my cell number and credit card number and I was told the woman that had taken my order went to break. So I ask to speak to a manager so a man came on the phone and identified himself as the manager and apologized and said that the woman whom took my order he will place on the phone. Once again I was on hold for about 7 minutes so I hang up and call back again and ask to speak to a manager of which a female answers and I ask how many managers or supervisors are on duty right now and she tells me only she is so I'm like I just spoke to a man and he said he's the manager so she replies with oh he just left! This Is the second time I've tried to place a delivery order with this supermarket and the experience is unprofessional! And it's sad because in my area it's only Keyfood and Shoprite that deliver. This is the MOST UNRELIABLE super market ever ! Dairy products expired, eggs going bad , meat FORGET ABOUT IT !!! Sodas expired, afternoon no french bread, cat litter sometimes you have the fresh step sometimes out of stock.On sale items FOR A REASON !!! Check the expiration date on Everything.Almost forgot rice comes with pantry bugs ! Fruits are ugly looking .Never sure you will find the same item twice.Management sucks obviously.
