Paul Bicycle Shop, RBNY — Attraction in New York

I brought my bike in to be tuned up and get some repairs. They ended up installing a new tube and tire on my back wheel. Within 100ft of my first time riding it after, the back wheel snapped. I brought it back in immediately and they accepted no responsibility, saying snapped wheels don't just happen. I completely agreed, and that it must have something to do with the last person who touched it not putting it on right after taking it off. Which of course was them. Not to mention the poor workmanship, and the unwillingness to investigate the problem further, Paul's Bike Shop is dangerous. Luckily I wasn't hurt, but the next person might not...

Dimitri recently went above and beyond for my old road bike and did a great job restoring it in a very surprisingly timely manner for this very busy time of year and stayed open very late on a Sunday to get the job done. 5 star ⭐️ review. Very caring and experienced people. Long story short: leaving home on the car and bike on the rack and see flat bike tire. Calling shop toward end of day Saturday and got assured that this is small problem and will be addressed. Arrived to the shop and realized that my phone is the only payment means I have. No problem, payment can be taken from the phone. Got offered to service bicycle for a very reasonable estimate. Got the best service ever received for this bike comparing to other pro shop.
