Horrible! I have no clue how there are these many five star reviews. Before coming in last year for a physical I had not been here since 2010. I decided to get my physical and thought the attending doctor was good (how can you not be good at reading a paper?). I recently went in because I did not feel good. I had nausea and stomach upset for about a month that got worse when I finally decided to go in. My lab results concluded I had ânothingâ but low white blood cells (I did not have a cold or flu so this was unusual). I was not referred to a hematologist and was literally dismissed from the doctorsâ office by him standing up and telling me âwe are closing in ten minutesâ and opening his office door to let me out. First of all I think that is extremely rude and unprofessional because I waited for two hours for this doctor. Second of all how exactly did he solve my complaints for which I came in? So now people and insurance companies are giving a doctor money to read a test result but not for actually solving and helping people with their medical complaints? Also I do think the staff is quite rude. If a person does not enjoy their job they simply shouldnât be doing it. They always have a sour face and have heard them giving attitude to patients. I have no idea what high horse these people think they are on by sitting behind these glass windows. Same goes for the doctors, did they forget their Hippocratic oath? You know, the one were you actually try to help the person who is ill to the best of your ability amongst other things that seemed to not be honored here. I did end up going elsewhere and got properly diagnosed. It is so sad that there are only a handful of doctors left who do their job. This is why being a doctor has lost so much prestige throughout the years. There are so many illnesses that a blood test will not tell you about until you are almost dying, why would I want a doctor that has lost their curiosity for the human body? As I had said I had not gone here in five years so I am not the type of person that goes to the doctor just because they sneeze, I should have been taken seriously and respected as so should other patients. Even if a patient is not paying out of pocket, someone if paying on his or her behalf so this is not for free! DO YOUR JOB!!! I would think that a doctor would feel compensated by being caring and helpful towards their patients, but not here I guess. I am not coming here again unless it is to get any medical records that may be needed. And yes I have been attended by other PCPs here, they are...
Read moreI have been coming to this practice since 2008 and Ever since there is a new management this clinic has gotten worse by the day . The staff is uneducated and have no idea what theyâre doing. They have no doctors âŚonly nurse practitioners and the one I saw , (Nita Roy ) was googling my symptoms . They never have a pediatrician on site , every week a new one comes in and quits right away. My children had their physical done the beginning of march and I still have not received their physical forms that the school is requesting. I call almost every day and no one ever answers and when I show up to get the physical form im told that it is a new Nurse practitioner and cant sign a physical form yetâŚto come on a Wednesday when Doctor Sanhee is there . I go on a Wednesday and im told shes not there and to be patient because the nurse practitioner they have is their first day. Im having an important surgery on April 8th and my surgeon has requested the clearance from Dr roy since March 15th and still hasnât received it now my surgery has been canceled and have no soon dates due to the lack of responsibility at this practice. You ask the physician to send important medication to the pharmacy and they always forget. I had to drive back and forth between pharmacy and the clinic 4 times in a day and still the medication was not sent. Came the next day and still not sent until the pharmacist had to call the insurance Himself and explain the situation to get the refill approved. When you are given a school letter you have to read it throughly because they will write the wrong names and information in it . I asked to see the allergist for hives that keep happening and asked for allergy testing which he refused and just gave me zyrtec and Allegra . The only person that knows what shes doing is Debby who is in charge of the lab. Im staying away from this place and not coming...
Read moreStay away from this so-called medical establishment at any cost! Staff is absolutely incompetent and they will mess up at any given occasion at your expense! And since they had the audacity to reply to me here and let me know that they were actually trying to prevent an issue instead of reaching out and simply releasing my results with an apology let me go in details. The whole trick here is that they wanna bill your insurance again and again for follow ups. It's not about your health it's about money duhhhh. On October 14th they collected my blood. On October 22nd there were still no results so I called and left a voicemail for the nurse to inquire about the my blood test. On October 29th I called again because nobody ever called back with information. On that day I was informed I need a follow up appointment in order to obtain my results. When I submitted the blood sample nobody told me that I need to schedule a follow-up appointment. Not only I needed to get my results through an appointment but now I was told I had to go in person and that a televisit is not an option. I left work early on the day my appointment was given so I can make it in time. When I arrived I was told that my doctor is not even present and that somebody was supposed to call me and cancel or reschedule my appointment, of course that was never done. Then they tried to convince me that I can actually get my results via televisit, funny how that wasn't an option a day before and in the end when I asked to see a doctor for my results on the same day it turned out that my insurance ended up my coverage a day earlier because I am switching providers. Enough is enough! Never setting...
