Personal Touch Medical — Attraction in New York

I wrote this almost a year ago and forgot to post:

Monday March 16th 2020, out of nowhere I began feeling off. I had a headache and my throat was itchy. But I just thought it was allergies and ignored it. By the afternoon I felt really tired and then my chest began to hurt like it was hot. Next thing I know I had a fever. I immediately brought my baby to my mother in law cus I was nervous. My symptoms changed over the next few days and I began to feel extreme pain in my chest and back- my lungs felt Crystalized. At that point I assumed it was Covid. There were no available tests at that time, so I quarantined in my room.

Throughout this whole ordeal, checking on me everyday was Dr Collins. There were times I didn’t think I was going to make it, I was terrified. But Dr Collins and the staff at Personal Touch Bronx Medical checked on me every single day. They supported me, they were honest and encouraging. I remember one day they cheered me on the phone as I took a few steps around the house. I will never EVER forget the kindness and care I received from them. They said to me: “we are going to get you better so you can hold your baby again”. Just typing this makes me cry all over again!

At that time, Covid was so scary and unknown. I didn’t know if I was going to be okay, and I seriously cannot thank everyone at Personal Touch Bronx Medical enough- you saved my life. I truly thank you from the bottom...

Today God def answered my prayer. I have been looking for a new PCP for about 2 months now. I had high expectations - A clean office, professional staff, close to home & work. Somewhere that was accessible and had decent parking in the area. Listen up! When I tell God delivers!! I def want to recommend this new doctors office. WoW wow wow!! Everything starts from the entry way allthe way to the triage room, bathroom, Drs. office- beautiful clean decor, esthetically pleasing to the eye The employees that are so darn freindly, bedside manners noted ✔️ PROFESSIONAL. From the receptionist (Emily, Ashley) to the Medical Assistant (Berky) has hands of an angel to take blood😇, the Doctors Assistant (Joseph) and the Doctor herself ( Dr. Andrade) I am thankful 🙏 to be a patient at this clinic. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a PCP. They took their time to properly know about me as a patient, they are patient and very caring. Dr. Andrade was very kind. the conversation was easy. No intimidation or hurried visit. She made me feel comfortable and confident when speaking about the reason for my visit. Thank you, guys . I have been to many medical offices in the Bronx, but Personal Touch Medical far exceeded all my expectations. The front staff is incredibly personable and efficient, answering any questions I had with patience and clarity. The doctors and medical professionals here are outstanding—knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly attentive to their patients. They take the time to listen carefully and provide thorough explanations, making you feel confident and cared for throughout your visit. Their expertise combined with the warm, personalized approach makes a huge difference. I cannot recommend Personal Touch Medical highly enough.
