I have been physically active most of my life, but had never tried weight training until about a month ago.
Since my early 40ās Iāve slowly witnesses my body changing; the āproblemā areas becoming much more defiant and a general body fatigue and stiffness that sort of set in.
Weight training as a way to reshape my physique by building more muscle was a suggestion of a personal trainer acquaintance of mine.

Brian was my instructor for that trial and I have since have had the pleasure of training with bright and early bi-weekly.
What I have observed, although Iāve only worked with Brian and David Plasse; all the trainers are professional, highly versed in their industry and very welcoming.
I have also seen a noticeable difference in a short period of time. I feel stronger, have more energy and find myself looking forward to seeing how far I can push myself.

Sure you can join a gym, pay that monthly membership fee only to go for the first month or two and then spend the rest of your time telling yourself your to tired or to busy to go.
