Absolutely top-tier customer service. I usually keep things discreet and never thought I’d leave a review for a dispensary — but Jess at HOS genuinely changed that. I originally ran into a payment issue with Aeropay (which has been a recurring issue for me across dispensaries), so I moved on to another shop that accepted other forms of payment. But the next day, I got a call from Jess, Assistant Manager at HOS, and the level of care and professionalism she showed was exceptional.

Since then, HOS has become my go-to. I primarily shop online and finding delivery in LI is challenging — especially with products that are often only stocked in Manhattan. But Jess consistently gone above and beyond. If a product isn’t in stock, they’ll actually try to source it for me. Every interaction has been positive, responsive, and easy.

Happy to see a Legal dispensary in the neighborhood! My new go-to place! I randomly walked by this Legal dispensary last weekend and was very impressed. The design of the shop and display of items was very cool they had all types of THC products, like bud, joints, vapes, oils, edibles and even drinks!

The owners Lauren and Brian were very nice, knowledgeable and passionate about their products. So it was good to learn a lot from them. Bought some Sour Diesel joints and a couple of edibles, and I have been really enjoying them. The prices were really great and much cheaper compared to what they sell at unlicensed smoke shops. Let’s talk about it….first off what friendly and kind staff, especially the staff member named Sabrina….ive encountered Sabrina almost every time as she throughly sorts and checks orders and reviews it to ensure you receive the proper products. She has also personally delivered orders especially if they were late/last minute..no shade to another instrumental member, Dave, a delivery person..another class act who also makes sure you get your stuff in a timely manner.
