I've traveled around the Rockaways for over 20 years and I never noticed this community park. Considering how this area used to be yrs ago! It's a large change for the better. Hopefully, people that need will not get over priced or priced out all together. Most of us know how that goes! I've been here from the mid 80's as a little 1 and seen how it was, what it became, and the changes it's going threw now. I think it's way to much for the area with only 3 ways off the coast...
