I have ordered Pap John's Pizza plenty of times through the DoorDash app and I have never had an issue with their food items. But when I ordered Papa John's through my Uber app yesterday, from this particular franchise, it looks too disgusting and degrading to eat! My experience was horrifying!! I can't serve this to my kids!! Are you kidding me!! I have given them 5 stars (by mistake) before looking at what was inside the box because I thought it was from the same Papa John's that I usually order from but this pepperoni pizza pie looks exactly throw up food. It must be thrown in the garbage and not eaten. Whoever prepared this is smart enough to know (but don't care) when they have prepared damaged goods (a hot mess!!). And If you know you've made a mistake, don't try to sell it off anyway! Not everybody eats like an animal! I'm not sure why you decided to not stand by the papa John's pizza franchise and deliver all good pizzas like some of the others I have ordered from in the past but you guys over there should really be ashamed of yourselves. instead of using your job as a playground!! Read more0STARS!!! THE WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!! I placed an order online via credit card and was never notified that I had to bring a card downstairs for my numbers to be scratched on a paper . FIRST OFF I had to wait over 2 HOURS!! For my food when they’re located 5 mins away, according to the tracker and me personally calling this store the delivery driver left at 6:13 and did not arrive until 7:10. Secondly the driver was very rude and demanded that I bring my card downstairs so he could scratch the numbers which I told him I did not feel comfortable doing because the food was already paid and I never received notice of this. He REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY FOOD AFTER HOURS OF ME AND MY FAMILY WAITING !!!#3 I then placed a call to the store to leave a complaint and the person who answered the phone referred to himself as the manager and only gave me the name “MD “ spoke to me very poorly called me arrogant and then hung up on me when I placed a call again about my refund he told me it’s not his problem it’s the bank and hung up on me again and I have still yet to receive my refund I will be placing a call to corporate and the bbb to let them know I will be filing a legal suit if I do not receive my money and how this establishment is...

The only thing stopping me from giving this Papa John’s 1 star is because I actually like their pizza, but that is as far as it goes for me. Tonight I received the WORST service imaginable. Understandable it was snowing outside so the roads were nasty but there is no reason why I had to wait 3 HOURS for my pizza to be delivered when I am only 10 MINUTES away from them. When it finally did arrive I did not get the sauces that I ordered (which I PAID for) and on top of that I received the wrong soda. I do not appreciate being made to feel like the 3 HOUR delay in my pizza coming was my fault. Every time I called I was told that my order was "on its way", regardless of what happened on my end as a company whose purpose is to serve their customers with good efficient service and to make sure that they WANT to come back again they should have just told me the truth. I spoke to a manager which got me nowhere and as of now I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the 2 sauces that I PAID for which never came and I doubt is ever going to come....
