Honest opinion. A friend and I went here last night to get the head & scalp treatment. We were asked to change into robes (which were slightly damp) and were walked in on several times while getting changed. I can see from the other reviews this is something that happens often. I felt the head and scalp massage was very lack luster. It just felt like she was scrubbing my head the entire time. At one point I felt I was borderline being waterboarded from the amount of water being poured over my face and onto my eyelids. The treatment also lists a foot massage but I did not receive a foot massage, only a “leg” massage I guess you could call it. When it came time to dry our hair, they took one look at my curly hair and were confused. They kept trying to push me to just leave it wet but it’s been very cold lately and I didn’t want to risk getting sick by going outside with wet hair. The lady that manages the front desk then told me it would be an extra $10. For curly hair? Ridiculous. While they were drying my friends straight hair, several customers came in for their appointments so she had to keep running back and forth. It sounded like they overbooked their head & scalp treatment room and the customers were upset and left. Lastly, during our entire treatment the lady’s did not stop talking. And talking loudly and with purpose. This was not a relaxing spa at all. I wouldn’t consider coming here again.

This was a very disappointing experience. Far from relaxing, painful, & I left with damaged hair. Went for the head spa service with a friend and we both had the same experience with different people. We basically paid for an hour long aggressive hair wash. The head “massage” consisted mainly of scalp scratching. I would stay far away from this place especially if you have curly hair. They have no knowledge on how to treat curly hair. My hair was so knotted and the woman began breaking my knots apart with her fingers. I could audibly hear my hair breaking. They were talking throughout the service not allowing you to even try to relax. When they turned on the gold ring sprinkler, it smelled so bad. Smelled like rotting water. They do give you a brief body massage. However it is a painful DRY massage over a towel. I was in agony, truly. No lotion or oil. I woke up in pain which made me write this review. They also claim to “dry” your hair. I would never let a customer walk out looking how they let me walk out. My hair is so damaged. I regret trying this place. Photo for reference.

I went here for the $70 head treatment to give my scalp some much needed maintenance. First impression, everything looks super clean and the ambiance was veryyyy soothing. They first start out with some wooden massager on your scalp, then they start manually massaging with their hands. I don’t know what they wash your hair with but it felt like a hair mask, in addition to a facial mask, while covering your head with a steaming hood simultaneously. I thought this was it, but they even start to massage your whole body while the masks start to do their magic. I almost fell asleep. This was amazing. Once you’re finished, you can get your hair blown out for an additional $10 or just dry quickly with the blow dryer for free. They also have a mini snack and water fountain station. This whole experience was super refreshing. Keep in mind, they do mention it is better to pay in cash and they do expect a 20% gratuity- completely deserved! Great gift for Mother’s Day😁

I’ve been wanting to try the hair and scalp massage for quite a bit. After seeing all these wonderful reviews, I paid a visit today not only was the masseuse 20 minutes late when she walked in not even on I’m sorry or an explanation. They don’t offer you anything to drink. They don’t ask if you need to go to the bathroom basic simple customer service that every other spot I’ve ever been to offers. But I do have to say she did a nice job massaging the scalp the neck you got a mini Full body massage and a face mask. It was nice personally I wouldn’t do it again. I don’t need somebody washing my hair for an hour, but what really bothered me was when they offered to blow dry my hair I said OK please straighten it and I’ll pay the extra $10. The man whips out a brush with about 20 pounds of blonde hair on it that is not only disgusting and unprofessional. It’s unhygienic so they’re literally using brushes on people without cleaning them and I don’t want to hear we go to salons because every salon I’ve ever stepped foot in has clean brushes I will not be returning and I do hope they change their customer service and definitely those brushes. ** update-im not sure what products they use but they dried out my hair! I m not sure how this place has good reviews? Like whats the base level for great service??...

No offense I would not go back. The head massage was him basically just scrubbing and scratching my head. The robes me and my friend were given were one size fits all, only they were swimming on us. The workers barely spoke any English, which how do you conduct a business this way? Also, he was going sooooooooo hard on my body, neck, and head that I was literally talking myself through an anxiety attack hoping he didn’t injure me. Are they even licensed? I opted out for the facial but was still provided with steam, from a steamer that was on the floor and then around my face. If I said something, the 2 workers then started talking in Chinese. The best part- I didn’t get a blow out and they didn’t even brush my hair ONE BIT before getting up. My hair was soooooo knotty it took me a good 10 minutes to brush my hair and I could make a wig out of the hair. When I left I had a headache so bad that I had to go to sleep because he was pressing so hard on my temples. It’s my own fault too for not speaking up but still. This was truthfully the least relaxing massage I have ever had and I’m sorry to have to be the...
