For starters, I wish I could give this establishment a “no star” rating. Literally the worst experience nails salon experience I’d ever had. I came in on Monday, on my birthday, in an effort to have a relaxing gel manicure. I came with a friend, who waited 25 minutes for a pedicure. I waited 45 minutes for a gel manicure. When finally sitting down at a desk, the girl proceeded to ferociously shave down my nails. I asked her to spi, nicely. She then pulled my hand back, forcibly and continued to file down my thumb to the core. I asked again for her top stop, I have very healthy nails and a slight buff would suffice. She grabbed my hand again and started to file anyway she can. I cried out in pain from the burning sensation. Also, this was done almost maliciously I might add. I then turned to the woman sitting at a desk closer to the register and instead of apologizing for this horrid and unprofessional behavior, she covered for the girl and said “you never have gel before? You have to file.” Okay, this isn’t my first gel manicure, thank you. I wanted to leave, but against my better judgement I demanded a new person to finish my nails. I sat at a different desk, waited for another 15 minutes for a different girl to start. When she finally graded me with her presence, I showed her my nail, one thumb which was severely shaved down and she said she’s fix it, and she did. Poorly, but fixed! She didn’t soak my nails, didn’t wash or massage them. She almost did not clip my cuticles until I plead for her to. She did a good job painting my nails. However, the only reason I wanted a certain color is because she insisted she’d be capable of drawing the design I requested, heart tips at the ends of my nails. Unfortunately, she couldn’t and at this point I was already stuck with the base color (which i only wanted if there were heart tips). She ruined my day, she ruined my nails, I didn’t get a design, nor did anyone apologize or take responsibility. It was my birthday and I should’ve been treated fairly. I’m not saying she should’ve known it was my birthday, but honestly i was treated like a second class citizen. My friends manicure turned out okay, other than she had to file her own nails because the girl couldn’t do it right and got mad and stormed away. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is my second time here and by far the worst!! I have an event to attend @7 & I began my pedicure @12:30... I requested a pedicure and tips, the pedicures here are wonderful and one of the best pedicures I have ever received but when it comes to acrylic tips they are horrible. Some older lady was instructed to preform my tips she barely spoke English and couldn't even comprehend what I wanted done. I asked for acrylic gel tips in plain white nothing ridiculous. When she was cutting down the tips she did such a sloppy job. I told her I wanted them long and of course I wasn't pleased. She tried cutting them shorter than I wanted and she has an attitude when I kindly said "can I have them longer please?" She didn't fulfill my needs therefore I had to remind her 3 more times to make them longer. She applied the acrylic on the tips thick and uneven because I told her I wanted them longer. I understand that all nail salons and their employees do nails differently but if the customer is paying then I don't see why it's so difficult to make them satisfied. It is now 3:45 and she is still filling down the acrylic.. the pedicure was done @1 and now it has been 2 hours on my tips. UNBELIEVEABLE !!!!! DONT COME HERE FOR ACRYLIC TIPS, BY FAR MY WORST...

This was my second visit to the place, first time the service was 2/5, and the only reason I returned because other places I wanted to go to were busy... anyways, this time from the minute I sat down to do my manicure, the lady was done with it in literally 3 minutes!!! Not even! When I told her that this is not a manicure and that I have a lot of dead skin and cuticles left to cut, she started screaming at me, I am not kidding! The manager came out, and both of them made me look in front of all those women in the salon as if I am a super annoying and demanding customer!!!.. the manager herself was very disrespectful, she interrupted me when I tried to explain the situation... very-very-very rudely... she also told me to "leave right now"... my mood for the rest of the day was ruined, just because I told the manicurist that no one can do a decent manicure in 3 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
