Horrible, completely unprofessional, horrible food, completely unprofessional manager, waitstaff, and operation. They leave very large amounts of 100 proof alchaolics on the under 21 tables. The hall looks nice but the certificate of assembly expired several years ago!

A very elegant ballroom with great delicious and high class catering by world renowned chef Zafir & most unreal coustmer service by head maneger master Shulam swarts And this is the reason they call it the THE PALACE!!

Shame on The Palace. Because of your negligence I almost broke my ankle walking down Ditmas Ave. It's not ok to dump your used grease, oil, & other slippery unknown substances on the busy public sidewalk behind your facility. Not to mention it's probably against the law. Clean up your act. Stop greasing up the sidewalk that is DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE F TRAIN. This is probably the busiest street in the neighborhood and you are always dumping nasty, smelly and DANGEROUS grease and who knows what else. In the winter when it snows and freezes it is like walking the gauntlet. Always a hazard. For all the years I've lived here it has been like this and I'm just fed up with it. I'm fed up with never knowing if I'm about to slip on something gross and twist my ankle. Other people in the neighborhood KNOW what I'm talking about. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT...

This venue causes absolute chaos for the neighborhood of Kensington. Their valet service parks ILLEGALLY all over the neighborhood, blocking crosswalks so drastically that people in wheelchairs cannot cross the street safely. They also eliminate any chance of finding parking for RESIDENTS of the neighborhood. There is also an obscene amount of noise pollution caused by their terrible valet service blocking the street, resulting in non stop honking on any given night. I do not blame the people that they employ for their valet services. I blame the OWNERSHIP of The Palace. They have absolutely no consideration for the community...

We attended a lovely chassana there and it was done nicely. There is plenty of room for a big crowd if you need it, although there were only about three hundred when I was there. The food was good and the acoustics were as well. Don't be put off by the location. The entrance is right up against the elevated tracks and the dimly lit commercial area looks like a scene from a Batman movie. Once you're inside you won't notice it. If you book this hall you must arrange valet parking because there is no lot and the...
