Ever since they did it over, it is amazing for children. The sprinklers are a lot of fun. The playground for older children makes me want to play there. Overall, my daughter loves it there.

This playground is dirty, homeless people sleeping all over the place . People litter like no garbage bin nearby. This playground needs to be clean up regularly.

Awesome but neglected! I love the set up! Has awesome sprinklers the kids love running into, love the way the was designed, very enclosed so that kids can run around has multiple slides, swings. Unfortunate dirty garbage, old dunking cups, water balloons all over the place... was chasing my daughter yelling dont touch that ice coffee ... take the baloon out of your mouth... also the big stone blocking the drain come out which is seriously hazardous if it were to fall on some ones foot and just as a side note the sprinklers dont turn off which is a huge waste...

Although this park was recently renovated, it is not an enjoyable place to go. The children’s playground is quite good, though the rest of the park is a poor attempt to bring nature into this wretched corner of Brooklyn. The plants are not maintained and look as shabby as the ghetto peoples that crowd the basketball and handball courts. Also there used to be good monkey bars, parallel bars and chin up bars, which they replaced with some useless exercise machines produced by some company that is ripping off the parks department with shiny...

The playground is unique and unlike other playgrounds in that they have climbing ropes within a dome, for example, and a bit of wall climbing (although short and awkward). It is definitely unique. I brought my daughter here to check it out a few years ago, and even I thought it was a wonderland. There are sprinklers and pine trees; if I didn't need to wear a face mask, I would smell the calming scent of the pine trees (this was before the pandemic). The reason for a missing star in rating is because the park had a lot of litter the last...
