I'm giving them a 4 only because I know it's a good company with the best intentions. However, instead of checking to see if people have everything they need when they come in the door. They tell you to sign in and make you wait two hours. I waited 2 hrs just for them to tell me I need a current lease. Why would I give you a lease to pay pse&g at a place I don't live? And all my identification, plus, the PSE&G bill has my address. Does this make sense?

You can never be sure if you will be able to serviced until you physically get there and to your surprise they will be closed. All their locations have 0 coordination. One office does not have any accurate knowledge of the other office working hours.
