HORRIBLE. I ordered through Door Dash, which is basically like Uber Eats. Ordered a curry shrimp platter for $13. They filled the biggest part of my platter with cabbage and the side with shrimp. They gave me a tiny scoop of Mac and cheese which was the only decent thing in the platter. The shrimp had no sauce, and had no texture as shrimp, you literally didn’t even have to chew it broke down so weird. Didn’t even eat my shrimp, and WHO WASTES SHRIMP????!!! Do not waste your money nor time with this establishment!!!!!! If i could rate 0 stars i would.

Please!!! Whatever y’all did tonight with the bbq+jerk chicken PLEASE do it again!!! My Lawrdt this food was bombastic!! Better than what I had in Montego Bay, Jamaica! 😭 The flavors are deep and rich! You can taste that the chicken been marinating for hours! Sooo good! You guys never disappoint but today you guys definitely stepped your game up! God bless you guys and thank you for such a blessed meal ❤️ I will continue to order from here and I’ve been a customer for 2yrs now 😂❤️❤️❤️

I use to come here as a new East Orange resident. I moved but still make my way back. The jerk chicken is my favorite, portions are good. I tried the oxtail, they were too fatty for me however they were a good size. Kinda expensive but everything has gone up. Staff is always pleasant to me. I feel like this is one of those cuisines where everyone has their nuances, just because you don’t like it don’t make it bad. Give it a try. Support Black Business with a good attitude....

I can not tell you how UPSET i was when I received my order. I ordered the Jerk Rasta pasta but what i received was chucks of a bbq type chicken on top of two different types of pasta with large circles of onions in it. The pasta had no “Rasta pasta sauce”, was bland and dry. The beef patty was filled with a type of meat that I’ve never had in a beef patty. I ended up throwing the order away. I’ve never written a review before but this restaurant is just dead wrong!!!!

I used to love their food until I found a dead roach in my food yesterday night idk what happened but I’m not supporting this restaurant anymore if you have roaches anywhere near your food you serving to people then I can’t support it. It’s disgusting , sad thing is I actually liked their food. I will post my conversation with Uber eats support also two photos I took after I found the roach in my food and a screenshot of them basically refunding me my money on Oct 13th

I was very pleased with the food. Coming from Brooklyn to live in nj I had my share of not so good Caribbean food and having there's made me feel like I got it from home.. I've had their large oxtail dinner with rice n peas with plantains $18 and medium curry chicken with rice n peas with plantains it was a little spicy but not unbearable $11.. each tray of food had more than enough food I eat from each tray more than one time and it still was good.
