Personally I don’t write reviews however this place takes the cake. Absolutely trash docking especially if the trailer in front of you are not correctly placed. Apt time was 1 am, got here at 12:30. I don’t mind on having to bring in additional information (license, trailer and truck plates etc) but don’t look at me like I’m the worst person on the planet when I’ve never been here before and don’t know. In addition as I’m checking in the lady keep mumbling the whole time and I have pretty good hearing. When it came to asking about load locks, I wrote I had none in the trailer because they were all on the back of my truck. She asked me how many I had in the trailer and I said none but I had 4 on my truck. Well she asked me what she should put. My response was “I don’t know what you should put because I don’t work here”. Which is the truth.

Well the other security guy didn’t like that response and we nearly ended up in a full blown argument over me doing their job for them.

In the end, after the lady continued to mumble (asking if I had any other stops) the male guard then said “do you have any other stops! ” (lest I could actually understand the guy). I said no, which he then replied with I made him mad. My response was well congratulations and if I made you mad the you both need to speak up so I can hear what you’re both saying. (Note I am 30 and have decent hearing). Male guard then decide to threaten with “you don’t want to test me” which I responded with “nor do you with me”. Which is when the argument started. I left with my pass and went inside.

Aside from that, if you don’t speak Spanish or are not black get ready to be looked at like you’re the bad guy. (I.e. if your white and from anywhere outside the NJ area. (I personally hate this state)

Over all extremely rude place. Been here for an over two hours on door for unloading. Lumper was 280$. Hoping to get out of here soon. Approaching the 3 hour mark at the time of writing which is about normal for NJ. (Typically 2-3 hours). As a Texan worse state in my opinion. As a trucker I’ve already told my company I will refuse...

Typically, I'm patient and professional and look for the good in experiences. Look at my past posts, they're mostly positive reviews. This place is the opposite of 99.9% of them.

Checked in at 09:45 for a 10:00 appt. I was checked in & after waiting for a door for 3 hours (13:20), I called to make sure I hadn't missed their call & was told they couldn't find my gate pass (it's used to let others know you're there). I brought my paperwork in again & was told there wasn't a door available and they'd call. Almost an hour later (14:17), I got a door.

When called for an update(19:00), they said, "The truck hasn't been unloaded and don't when it would be!" It's now 20:37, and I still haven't been touched. There have been times before today that this place has been slow and times they've been quick, but NEVER rude. Whatever change they've made, it's a bad one. I was made to pay for THEIR mistake!

If you're an O/O, do NOT waste your time coming here. It'll be a costly mistake.

UPDATE Got bills in hand at 01:01. The 3rd shifters worked hard...

This is one of the worst places to make deliveries in North Jersey area second being the wakefern in Elizabeth. Over 5 hours average to get you unloaded. So far sitting here for 8 hous. I don't understand how such a big company can be so negligent to Drivers and to the safety of citizens by consuming all the drivers hours of Duty and then given it no importance as if the other appointment or deliveries don't count. It looks like there is no management in this place and it looks that it will be this way forever since only drivers are being fked up. This unfair. Also the stress are load of tractor trailer and there's no parking spots most of the time and the police as always don't help by ticketing drivers stead of getting on top of wakefern to find a solution to faster delivery service so that way theres no traffic congestion as it is right now. I wish that some day some superior manager can read this massage and encourage wakefern to find a solution to...
