I don’t even want to give this place a star but, I had to so I can post my review. The reviews had to be done by the people they know because I was really disappointed last night. I don’t even know where to even start. I wouldn’t let anyone stay here to be honest. If they actually put work into the hotel, it can be a nice place. I can see the potential but this place is going to waste if they don’t work on it. First off the place is very outdated. False advertising on their main page. The girl at the lobby was rude. I had to be extra nice for her to say something nice back. When you walk in the lobby you get hit with a strong smell. Even inside the elevators. When i got to the floor which was the third floor, the walls were dirty, ALL the doors were half painted with a different color, the carpets were really old and nasty looking. Looks like they never vacuumed the carpets. I saw water spots on the ceilings and especially on the carpet (there was a leak in the ceiling that no one took care of). The area where to get ice, the floors were dirty, dust balls everywhere and the curtains was stained. The hallway had razor covers on the floor. The door was held by multiple towels. In the room, lamp shades were dusty, the carpet wasn’t fully vacuumed because I saw the corners and edges covered with dust. There chairs that were in the room were old and dusty too. There was pins stuck in the chair. thank goodness no one was pricked with it because who knows where those pins came from. There weren’t enough towels in the bathroom. I didn’t ask for extras because the front desk girl wasn’t too friendly. I just know if my room was like that, I know the others were too. Knowing what I saw I was afraid of bed bugs and I have to say I didn’t see anything of that so that was good. The only thing that was good was that the sheets and towels were clean and that the mattress had protectors. Overall everything else was horrible down to the hotel cleaning. Another thing, what really threw me off is that I had to use the microwave which was was located in their laundry room. I was afraid that I would see something because that area was nasty. I’m sorry to say, after my experience I will never go back. You pay for what u get and it’s not worth it. To be honest I rather pay a little more for a better place and less worries. I definitely give this place a thumbs down. There are other hotels in that same...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. This place is terrible. I stay in different hotels once a week and this place knows NOTHING about customer service. I got here at 1:30. I was in the lobby and the receptionist which is a young pretty Spanish girl doesn't even say hi. Nothing. She just stared at me. I told her I was checking in, gave her my information and while she was looking at it, this woman comes down and asks her how she can get to the banquet hall from the inside of the hotel. She tells her from the 4th floor. The lady asks her, "yes but how? To the left? Right? " the receptionist tells her just get off the fourth floor and walk. Her attitude was so awful and condescending that it made the lady just give up and figure it out on her own. I came into my room and realized it was 2 beds. Now, this has happened to me many times before in other hotels and I've called the front desk asking them if they have a king or queen bed and they've always accommodated me. This time, I called and she said they were all booked. Meanwhile, there were literally 4 cars parked in the back. She said if they have an opening they would accommodate me if something was available. I let it go and my boyfriend and I went out from 3- 9pm. We came back to the hotel. It was a different receptionist. We asked them for the room with a one bed, they said we would have to pay 30 dollars more for a king size bed. So the girl said there was a room with a king bed available, but then a man behind her said there wasn't. We told them forget it. We get to our room and I used the restroom. It's 10:05 right now and the toilet is still running. We called, told them, the man is here right now and he's arguing with us. It's not about getting a big bed. If I have to get 2 beds with my boyfriend because there’s aren't anymore than I understand. It's about customer service. They're all rude. The receptionists, owner, everyone is rude and act as if your bothering them. If they didn't want to deal with customers than don't be in the hotel business. I will never come here again, and you shouldn't either. They shouldn't be in business anymore if they think they can keep treating customers this way. Worst place I've...
Read moreYou get what you pay for. At least it's cheap. Not exactly family friendly but it's not their fault there's shady people staying on premises, so watch your back.
FIRST AND FOREMOST: Mask rules do not seem to be enforced except in the front lobby and I have seen more than one housekeeping lady not using a mask. As well as patrons!
Cons: Place is a little run down, water damage in the walls, beds aren't for those with bad backs, my back is currently killing me, and they could definitely spare a extra towels for their jacuzzi rooms. (gave my bf a hard time about extra towels but we stayed 3 nights, so extra towels would obviously be wanted) Air conditioning units could very much use an upgrade as room goes from hot to cold very quickly if you change the settings so either you're sweating the bed or freezing to death. Not to mention they're different kinds in different rooms. No refrigerator or microwaves in rooms, so don't bring in perishable food. Keep in mind that this is primarily a banquet hall that caters weddings and from what I can tell, mostly Indian holidays, so there will be loud music at odd times, like on one occasion there was a party in full swing at 9am (I want to say a wedding). I don't have a problem with that of course, but the windows don't fully keep the noise out.
Pros: Rooms are clean, tubs were clean, no hard water coming out of the pipes which is good and they have hot water. Someone always picks up when you call the front desk and they honor discounts and coupons without hassle from our experience. (we rcvd a percentage discount from a previous stay for our next visit when the power went out which was awfully nice of them) A breakfast nook is on premises (we have not had anything however) I assume is just maybe prepackaged items and keurig coffee but don't take my word for it. Fitness center is on premises but I'm not sure if it is being used...
