My husband and I have visited the National Heisey Glass Museum twice! My mother-in-law is a huge Heisey collector, so our first trip was as a recon mission. The second trip was much to the enjoyment of both his parents and ourselves. I highly recommend this museum if you collect ANY glassware! They not only have fantastic displays, but a wonderful presentation on the glass making process. It's a small fee and a self-guided walking tour showcasing what must have been thousands of various glass pieces donated over the years. Various colors, styles, and items, including punch bowls, ashtrays, cigarette boxes with ashtrays, wine glasses, cordial glasses, champagne flutes, and much much more in just about every color on the rainbow spectrum. 4 different age groups attended the youngest 9 and a half oldest in the mid-70s and all enjoyed.
