Norris Winery — Attraction in Newberg

Traveling from out of state to the beautiful Willamette Valley. Visited several wineries around Newburg/Dundee Hills. So many to choose, but do not miss Norris vineyard in the select Ribbon Ridge AVA just outside of Newburg. The owners, and young craftsman artisan winemaker, Robert McKinley are really creating fantastic Pinot Noir, Riesling, and even a rare and delightful White Pinot Noir. The tasting room offers a fantastic experience and grounds are gorgeous. Amy, the staff manager who will guide your tasting, is exceptional in her knowledge of the grapes and vineyard, and equally charming. We went to NorrisMcKinley Vineyard located in the Ribbon Ridge area last year and it was breathtaking beautiful. Robert explained about the grapes and processing. He was very professional and very informative about how they process their handcrafted wine. We had a fabulous tasting, and we left there with several cases of our favorites!!! This small boutique winery is a hidden gem among the hundreds in the region. The wines are fantastic and the view is spectacular.
