The first stop on the Wine Country Whiskey Trail and the bar was set HIGH! Nick was a wonderful host for our tasting experience. He's extremely knowledgeable and patient, which is a perfect combination for dealing with those new to enjoying and understanding whiskey. We tried several whiskey's and a couple of Gins. Honestly everything was either good or incredible! No bad options. On top of it all, the ambience is cool. Beautiful building, with quaint and intimate interior seating. They did the interior right as it's so gorgeous! Really loved the tasting experience here, and their gin is amazing! I have never been a gin lover until my experience here. At the end of the spirits tasting, they give you a mixed cocktail with one of the spirits in your tasting flight. Such a cool little place for spirits tasting on Trisatuem Winery's property, surrounded by vines. The inside is completely unexpected. Very cute with a speakeasy vibe. The staff are very friendly. There are three flights to choose from and they all end with a taste of two cocktails. I was impressed!
