By far the worst wine tasting experience I’ve ever had. Our server knew very little information about even some of the basics of the wines. We usually had to wait quite some time between each wine. Paying $30 for tastes of 5 wines, none of which were particularly impressive, felt like a pretty bad deal. If the experience included some information about the winery, information about the wines, literally anything besides “here is your wine. Any questions? If so, the answer is that I don’t really know.”

The hostess/manager was very rude last year. We purchased a couple of wines quickly, even though they were rude, and took them home. We visit many high end and smaller vineyards and wineries and purchase wines for our cellar. I cannot recommend...
Read moreWe were in town for 2 days and had reservations at 3:30 pm for a tasting. We got stuck in traffic and called them to let them know we would be there at 3:40 pm and they told us not to come because they close at 4. We said we would be happy with a 20 minute tasting and will definitely buy wine, but they didn’t care. They would rather go home for the day - and it’s a Saturday. Customer service fail. As a business owner myself, I would never turn anyone away, especially if they had the courtesy to call ahead and let me know they were running late. Vienna who we spoke to, was rude and...
