The Beach Store — Attraction in Newport Beach

so very disappointed in the quality of products we purchased here. i tried on several attempts to speak to an owner or manager, in hopes that they would honor their merchandise and send my granddaughters some new products. We live out of state and stopped in before we headed back to az and bought several items for them. The braclets broke upon putting them on their little wrists. we fixed and glued to no avail!!! We got some squishy toys that were leaking, and many of our shells were broke. Even worst, a young man claimed he was the manager and said he would send me the owners email for the complaints and I never heard from anyone. how hard is it to take good care of your customers and just send a replacement for the kiddos. We have the receipt! Never again, and next time Im there, I might just stand outside the store and let people know that products are overpriced and cheaply made! don't expect any replacement or compensation if your products are broke and you are from out of...

The Beach Store is a cute clothing store off the beachfront. They carry about everything from children's clothing, sweaters, shirts, and especially collectables.
