I don’t know how many crafters are aware of diamond painting by number kits. These all of a sudden have become very popular. There is a new pen tool which enables the crafter to load the diamond chips into the body of the pen and thus speed up the placement of the chips rapidly on the picture other than one at a time. Being aware of this tool and seeing it advertised, I was trying to purchase a pen. So logically I called Michaels in newtown square, trying to purchase one. A new display for February features Africa inspired craft themes and black crafters in photographs on products. I can't verify the claim that black creators were sourced for any products in the display. I should have taken pictures. It's a new effort and I'll leave it at that. Clearance items are available as part of their original section as opposed to being relegated to its own area. It may have changed to reduce multiple people rummaging through all the items.
