I had a phone interview with their manager Torre, that went very poorly to say the least. She then offered an in person interview. I later politely declined because I did not feel it was good fit for me, that is when I immediately received a text message of a screen shot of a profile of a girl with my same name and a text saying “now that to me screams mentally ill” which I can assume was not meant for me. I will attach a screen shot blurring out the girl. To imply somebody is mentally ill based on their appearance is disgusting. I reached out multiple times with no answers from either an owner or other managers. Mental health is extremely important and should be taken seriously, it is not something to joke about. I had purchased a few items before I went on a short vacation and had asked the girl who was ringing up my purchase how long I would have to do a return, she told me two weeks. So today, eight days later I went back with some things I was unable to use and the girl at the counter said she could only give me a store credit/gift card. She then explained to me that the girl who rang me out should have explained this which, she did not and then the girl pointed out a very small sign near the register and on the bottom of the receipt that I literally just had kept in the bag as to not loose it.
