Nitro City Park — Attraction in Nitro

Great City Park. All newly upgraded playground equipment. Bermuda grass on the practice field feels great on the legs and feet when training. Always seems clean. Has a full basketball court. We were there for a GOE Caching Event ( clean up). The park is a baseball park, the person that made the event has a son in Little league. The games are fun , a picnic area and bathroom are provided. It was great. We loved the new docks. They were so nice. We drove up on our boat. The boater need a place to go to the bathroom and somewhere to get food. The closest restaurant is Mountain Pie. That is $50 in gas to go eat there. We are coming from Winfield. It would be great if the park had something for boaters. We will pay for food but prefer to use our...
