Your pharmacy really sucks because when we were notified of a prescription refill we traveled to Nitro only to find that they hadn’t even started. Case in point is the prescription was even called in the day before by our Physician. Really? I had to wait 45 minutes to fill the medication. In addition they didn’t even fill the correct prescription! Always a run around and waiting a minimum of 30min-1hr for Rx after calling 2+hrs earlier. I don't know why they don't fill scripts when they get them instead of waiting for someone to come pick them up and asking for them at the register. Their services are truly outdated.
