After a year tried this hell hole again. Got a crunch wrap substituted beef for chicken, no sour cream no tomato. And pepsi zero sugar. They didn't have pepsi zero sugar. So I just got a cup of ice. My crunch wrap was completely wrong... didn't even bother going back through... I took inslin before this meal I now can't eat..thanks.

Typically we go to this location because they St Albans one that is closer to us is never made right. We went and waited and waited for our mobile order finally they said oh we accidentally gave it out through the drive-thru we will have to remake it. I understand that accidents happen but then they gave us free Taco coupons with no substitutions allowed I don't eat beef so that was pretty...

Food is always consistently good, but I have waited for a few months to write this because I thought, "surely they don't totally ignore things such as 'no cheese' or 'add sour cream'.." But here we are. Not a single visit in memory have they gotten it right. I don't go during rushes. Either 11am or after 1pm. There's never a line in the drive thru when I'm there. My requests are on the screen and they ask "does everything right?" to which I say yes. Then I get back to work, and it's completely ignored. Every time. I fear for people who request edits to meals for allergy or intolerance reasons. Get it together. Nitro TBell was the best around for the first few months it was open. Now it may be worse than...

My first time going to the new taco Bell in Nitro, WV. As always, the food was good and our cashier was nice.

However... It was absolutely FREEXING inside the restaurant. I went to the car and put on two sweaters and still ate as fast as I could to get out of there. We were miserable and really couldn't enjoy our meal. Even the employees had sweatshirt jackets on. All the taco Bell's in my area are this way. I don't know if they just don't want we customers to enjoy our meal and spend a little time in there or what.

The food is to messy to eat in the car.so, our trips to Taco Bell will be...

My son loves Taco Bell, and goes very often. Nitro had a rough start in the beginning, but now they are one of the best. There was two young girls working the front counter that were absolutely amazing, and have so much compassion and heart they made my son feel special. I can't thank these two girls enough, he had an awesome time and will be visiting again soon. Thank you for being so kind and awesome, the food was amazing also.

My food that I purchased from Nitro WV Taco Bell the tomatoes smelled just like fish! All of the tomatoes in our tacos nacho Belle grande, breakfast butitos it all of our food due to the tomatoes tasted and smelled like pure fish! I researched it and it stated that Taco Bell apparently purchase cheap tomatoes that farmers grow with cheap fertilizer mixed with fish meal. Come on Taco Bell do better than that!

My son loves Taco Bell, and goes very often. Nitro had a rough start in the beginning, but now they are one of the best.
