We went here for the first time while my parents were visiting from out of town. We bought paint and ribbons for a craft we were working on. The woman there was so friendly and helpful. She gave us places to go while my folks were here and kept my dad company while we shopped. We went back again for chalkboard paint, and I went once more to ask her if she could help me fix the bows I attempted to make because my folks had already left. She was lovely, she showed me how to fix one, made sure I was comfortable doing the other 2, and I left happy (with a puzzle I had been eyeing) I highly recommend this place over a big brand, retail store.
