This theatre and the overall corporate chain is very inconsiderate of their guests. After seeing a movie, I thought I had lost my ID in one of the theatres. I called up after the movie and the person answering the phone was extremely off-putting and rude. She found my wallet in the theatre after having me ask her multiple times to check in the theatre we saw the movie in. Eventually, she found my wallet. As I have worked at a theatre before, I asked her to politely put my wallet in a secure location, and I asked for it be in the manager's office. She hastily took down my name and my number and told me she would put it in the manager's office. The next day when I went to pick up my wallet, the wallet was simply behind the concession stand counter where anyone could have accessed it! I was appalled. Additionally, my ID was missing. I politely asked the manager on hand if he would be willing to check the manager's office as that is where the original person who found it said it would be. After around 20 minutes from when he left me standing near the ticket taker, I was wondering what was taking him so long. To my utter shock, the manager was back to working at the concession stand! I was waiting on him to come back from the office the whole time, but instead he went back to helping others without notifying me about him not finding my ID. Due to this lack of respect, I called corporate and had a length discussion with them. Again, I was shocked to be completely shunned and hung-up on at the call center. Extremely rude temperament to guest. I will spend my money...
Read moreThis theater is the WORST!!! After we had already spent over $60.00 in tickets (NO matinee pricing, and kids are $7.00) and the concession stand, I was taking my two children upstairs to play a video game, all of which were either broken, or cost a dollar apiece, when I was approached by a flunky in a blue coat and asked point-blank if I was a police officer or something like that. I said no. (I didn't bother elaborating about my qualifications). The lackey then explained to me that there were no weapons of any kind allowed inside the theater. This was the point at which I realized that my shirt had slipped up in the back, and my LEGAL AND LICENSED FIREARM was peeking out. I tucked my shirt down, apologized, and said that I hadn't seen any sign. The jerk just smugly said there was one, and asked us to leave. I was more than happy to comply, and found, on my way out, that the purported sign announcing that no weapons were allowed was on a sheet of paper on the side, not front, of the box office, and that the actual no weapons sign was smaller than 1/2 dollar sized. Once again, I didn't bother to tell the rude idiots about my legal right to possess and carry my weapon. I simply packed up the kids and took them home after these jerks had ruined a very expensive family night out. My family will not be returning to this dump, and I will be informing all of my friends and family of their horrible service and...
Read moreI am was a weekly visitor here and the service had been pretty good I once lost my wallet here and was able to pick it up the next day with no issues, the down side to my visits here were when I visited for a movie order large refillable popcorn and the corn was a combination of over cooked and stale. Which is no big deal but I’m not the type to get out of my seat during my movie so I tried my best to pick over the tub of popcorn but ultimately it wasn’t edible so I don’t eat the popcorn. So at the end of my movie I went to discuss this issue with the concession and was argued that they wouldn’t replace the popcorn or refund the popcorn that was still full because my movie was over. I pleaded with them on it not being okay that I would miss my movie due to the quality of the goods I purchased to eat during my movie and why would I miss my movie I paid for to fix this issue during the movie. I am a regal crown club member who uses the refillable buckets that they have as well. So this was my least...
