I often enjoy going here as the staff and store products are all correctly mark and labeled. The staff is always friendly and work with you. I don't get to come here often as it is quite faraway but I love this store and it's people. I love how I can go into that store and feel welcomed. They know what they have and are always pleasant to work with. I really love this store unlike Nature's Treasures. They recently lied to me and was the worst to work with. I was told that an unmarked stone that I found among other stones that were 14.99 and 12.99 was indeed 14.99 when I picked it up and asked the store clerk Krista about it. Then after purchasing it, she took the stone back and claimed it was actually 59 dollars. She then put it on their layaway program or it was going back onto the sales floor. I did not get info on what and how their program worked. I did not get my money back and was told to talk to the store owner Lynda to try and resolve this. Well, when I did that, Lynda was extremely rude to me and talked down on me as if I was in the wrong for their mistake. She increased the price to 79.99 and pressured me to either put the stone in their lay away program or outright buy the stone. I made the mistake of buying it then as due to how rude she was to me, making me cry, and put great pressure on me to make a decision then and there. I did go back to get a refund but only got 60 dollars back. I am still missing the rest of my refund.
DO NOT GO TO NATURE'S TREASURES as they are shady. Sandalwood and Sage...
Read moreNice metaphysical shop. Primarily small stones. There are some deity figurines, a good selection of incense, no books that I noticed. You can drive to Natures Treasures Midwest City for those if you're looking for them. So no big deal there.
The rest of the shop has some clothing or gift shop vibes. All very pleasant. Twice we've visited and got the vibe the staff didn't want anyone to touch things too much, if I had to say anything. I don't mean obviously fragile stuff, as in like handling boxes of incense to smell them or ornaments made of gourd. They also seem to show up behind you while not particularly doing anything themselves. These were just months apart observations from multiple visits. So my assumption is they're very worried about theft. Which this is Norman,...
Read moreAfter a 3 year break from school I found myself at OU getting my masters, let me tell you STRESS is an understatement. I went on the hunt for something to ease my worried mind.. Sandalwood & Sage had just that!
I got two beautiful Amber rings (sterling silver) for the price of one here at S&S. Their pricing is more than generous and their selection of eclectic goods/jewelry/clothing is out of this world! The two owners Natasha & Deb are friendly, knowledgable, and we're dedicated to helping me find exactly what my mind was craving.
~*With these amber jewels releasing negativity, hopefully my mind will be more at ease & I will make it through...
