I’ve visited a few times since this location has opened. Love the atmosphere. My only gripe is when this location was fairly new I went and order a flavor that both online and the menu provided said was served but was told they did not carry that flavor.

I was slightly disappointed but no big deal. On my second visit I went in and saw that the flavor I wanted was still on the menu so I bit and they actually do have it. These were different staff members so I happily took my smoothie and left pinging this place as my new favorite spot coming and going over the course of a few months

On my next visit however this is why I can’t give the 5th star I went in a saw that the person that originally told me that the flavor I wanted was not served was working, no problem everyone makes mistakes surely they must know that the serve the flavor… right?

To my surprise when I order the flavor I was told they don’t serve it. This made me very annoyed since I had visited several times and gotten said flavor without a problem. Another young lady spoke up and corrected the other person and showed them where it was then they proceeded to make my smoothie, even trying it for themselves however they loudly voiced their distain for the flavor and how disgusting it was to them, which I have no problem with everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Once I got my drink and left as I started drinking it while driving I notice that it did not taste the same.

Tasted very artificial as if made with the wrong measurements. If you’re going to have a flavor on your menu please make sure all the staff know it exists.

I now actively avoid going in when that person is supposed to be working and if by off chance they are there I ask someone else to make it to...

I have only tried the iced milk coffee with no sugar, the plain waffle, and iced oolong tea with no sugar. Everything I’ve ordered has been great. I keep coming back for the milk coffee, and the waffle was surprisingly really tasty. I just wouldn’t expect an awesome waffle from a tea place, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The service is hit and miss. Or maybe the second shift today was just having an off day. Yesterday, I went in the morning for a milk coffee. The woman who took my order was really friendly and kind. I asked her about what kind of coffee they use and she showed me the bag of coffee and told me about how they brew it. She really went above and beyond.

I took the milk coffee from the morning home and I broke the cup trying to pierce the plastic film on top with my own reusuable straw. Not my smartest moment. So I went back in the evening after my work out class for another milk coffee and there were different people working. The girl calling out my order number was kind of quiet when she called it. She had air buds in her ears, so I guess she was listening to music. I asked her if she called my number, and instead of answering me, she leaned over to look at my receipt without a word and handed me the drink. Then she went to go get a straw and came back and handed it to me, again without a word. I mean, all in all, it wasn’t too bad of an experience. It was just odd. I didn’t...

My daughter enjoyed her milk tea. Getting it, however, was a task. The employee was annoyed that she had to put her phone down to assist me. I asked for a minute as I was ordering for someone else and wanted to make sure I got it right. She waited impatiently. I ordered a large strawberry milk tea. She just stared at me. I asked what she needed next. Sarcastically, she suggested 'Ice level? Sugar level?' In fairness, that's a pretty standard process when ordering Boba. The attitude was unnecessary. I told her ice and sugar level and went ahead and told her toppings so she wouldn't have to be bothered to ask. She repeated back my simple order in percentages and asked 'cash or credit'? I replied 'cash' while typing in my phone number. I was greeted by name via the machine and given my reward points total on the screen. The employee just continued to look at me. I told her the screen was waiting on her. She informed me that she was waiting on me. I asked for what. She said, '8.64'. I let her know that she hadn't given me a total, nor was one on the screen. She insisted that she had stated my total. (She only asked 'cash or credit'). She repeated '8.64' .... and added it would be right out. This was the first time I felt as though I was annoying the employees just by being there. I guess the...

Delicious boba place! My favorite is definitely the Strawberry Smoothie. The girl that took my order was very helpful since I am not used to being asked what sugar level I’d like. She recommended 30% with my Strawberry Smoothie. It’s unlike any other smoothies I have tried before since the ice is perfectly blended, plus my husband enjoyed my drink as well which was great! He got a Taro smoothie but it wasn’t as sweet when I requested 30%, so I recommend higher % if you like more sweetness. Regardless, he was still able to enjoy and finish his Taro smoothie. The boba shop is very clean and they have board games that you can enjoy while hanging out with your friends in the shop or while waiting for your boba.

This is a great place to get a drink and snack with a friend! The staff are young but very nice and answered questions we had about drinks. The menu explains how to order very clearly for anyone new to bubble tea. You can select how much sugar and ice you want in your drink. They offer hot and cold beverages, smoothies, and many add in options for your tea. The restaurant was clean and stylish with a foosball table and a chess set for younger folks who want to stay and hang out. The drinks are priced similarly to any local coffee shop. I highly recommend going and checking out this local business!

Came in today to try this place out! Ordered 2 thai boba teas! They were great! The place looked nice inside! Too many employees back there though it wasn't busy at all. Seemed like they were a bit hectic. And we asked of they had a military discount and nobody seemed to know. So we didn't get one and im not really sure still if they have one or not. I guess today was the grand opening! I am sure they will get more organized as time goes by! But they have a great menu! And the employees were very kind and friendly! We will def be going back and I do recommend giving them a try!
