Ming House Express Restaurant — Restaurant in Georgia

First of all, I want to start off by saying that I don’t just write bad reviews. I review places and services according to my individual experience. One major reason why I chose this place was because of the great reviews on here, so here I am, providing my perspective on this establishment. The wait time was average, the customer service was also average, not overly friendly and not blatantly rude either. The food smelled amazing when we finally got the food, so our ride home was tempting to try it but I don’t eat in my car, lol. So, when we finally arrived at our home and prayed over our meal, we dug in. As I opened my Beef and Broccoli, the smell of urine overwhelmed me but I just thought it was just in my mind. Another thing was that they advertise that “ham and chicken wings” comes with your meal but the “two” pieces of chicken wings looked dehydrated and shrunken and I only found three pieces of ham in my rice. It was only 12:45pm and food looked old, like it was made the day before. And come to think of it, this is probably why I was the only customer there the entire time I was on their property. Granted, I might have been just an unlucky patron but I am just honestly providing my point of view. Hope you guys have a better experience if you are reading this. Good luck and happy eating.

P.S. There were no Fortune Cookies given with the meal, it’s my daughter’s favorite part of every Chinese Food we get, so it broke her heart that there were none. What can...

I been sick for two days. Unable to eat anything, and all I wanted was Wonton soup. I went to the drive thru...waited much longer than I should have. I ordered 2 large wonton soups with extra extra onion, a lemonade, and a Philly cheese egg roll. The egg rolls were fried so hard that when I bit it it crumbled into pieces...my dog ate that. My lemonade had so much ice that I'm sure there was only a tablespoon of actual lemonade, and the wonton soup was usually heavy and smelled funny. When I opened it and stirred it up; It had large pieces of broccoli and cabbage. Last I checked that is not what is in wonton soup. I was disgusted. I wanted to take that crap back and inform them that I'm allergic to broccoli and if i wanted broccoli soup or cabbage soup i would have ordered that. I think the best thing i can do is this review, warn all of my friends that work at the hospitals and clinics and everyone in between. I will definitely never go back. Was excited tonight when my husband surprised me by picking up takeout for supper. Sadly, this has honestly been the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten in the CSRA. The different types of chicken are barely indistinguishable from one another- they're literally blobs of grease with very little flavor. It's like they tried to stretch two tablespoons of sauce/seasoning over an entire batch or something. All you can taste is soggy breading, chewy meat, and grease soaked grossness. The rice is mushy, yet still somehow crumbly and falling apart like they reheated/reconstituted dried out rice in a microwave. There's no meat or vegetables in the fried rice either. Even the egg roll is burnt! I normally don't write reviews and it's hard for me to write something so mean, but it's the truth and I'm so disappointed. I can't personally attest to the promptness/service/manners of the staff as I did not pick the food up, but the food...
