7pm Ski Corp Jetski and Boat Rental — Attraction in North Bay Village

They were late, then they included the instruction and boarding of the jet ski from the boat into your 1 hr limit so we rode for only 40 mins instead of a full hr, we had evidence on our phones showing the time on the boat and the captain was rude thinking he is right and was not listening to us and others on board. You are limited to driving only around their boat its not like youre free out on the ocean. Its okay we wont return, worst one ive been to so far. Dont waste your time and money here.

Response for below: See that should be stated on your website and should be told to customers prior to booking an "HOUR" jet ski ride, thats false advertising. And I already told them I was experienced riding jet skis. I also speak spanish so i know he understood so why was i given the 20 minutes lesson along with the other couple there that alao said he was experienced?? Makes no sense, and no accommodation was made for being late, you should of given us more time for the inconvenience, but leaving right at 1240 yall can...

This is the perfect company to rent jet skis from. We were in Miami for my boyfriends birthday and they definitely made it a memorable one! We had an issue with another company and we ran into them dropping someone off from a rental. We asked them if they had any availability for the next day and they said yes. We booked with them and we don’t regret it at all! Their communication was excellent and their hospitality was unmatched. They even can take videos and pictures of you and your friends if you want them too! They took us around star island to get to the area to have fun. Nuria was on top of her game from the moment I called in to request information about the Jet skis. They had same day availability, and by far the cheapest price in the city ! She showed us exactly how to get to the marina, then called us once we arrived and met us outside. We didn't have to go searching for her. She explained the instructions very well, she was very patient and nice. Marlon our captian was also very nice and explained everything in detail. It was by far the best Jet ski experience we've had thus far ! We were in open water with plenty of space to ride. We didn't feel rushed with our time.
